AeroS has announced the start of operations of its Working Committees, a set of strategic groups designed to boost the development of the aerospace and aeronautical sector. With regular meetings and the participation of key players in the sector, these committees are consolidated as a pillar for innovation and cooperation within AeroS. Each committee has a specific focus:
- Strategic Projects Committee: This committee acts as the central axis of the AeroS work structure. Its function is to evaluate, coordinate and follow up on key projects that impact the entire association. Its main objective is to ensure that strategic initiatives are coherent and aligned with the association's vision and general objectives.
- Industry Committee: Its mission is to strengthen the aerospace industry by promoting industrial sovereignty, reducing bureaucracy and improving supply chain efficiency. It also works on identifying opportunities for more companies to access the aeronautical and aerospace market, promoting a more solid and resilient business ecosystem.
- Talent Commission: This commission is dedicated to analyzing the talent needs of the sector. Its objective is to attract, train and retain professionals specialized in the aerospace field, aligning the training offer with the requirements of the industry. It is also responsible for mapping the most in-demand skills and proposing improvements in training programs.
- Digitalization Commission: This commission promotes the digital transformation of the aerospace sector by identifying technological needs and promoting tools that facilitate business digitalization. Its initiatives include promoting digitalized manufacturing, process automation and the search for subsidies to support the technological modernization of associated companies.
